ORDERS
Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation email if your order was successfully placed. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, it was not successfully processed. We recommend checking your spam folder as well.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days of confirmation.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update via the carrier. If you have not received an update after 10 (U.S. Domestic) or 20 (International) days, please email shop@superrare.com.
Please note, orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the sale, but carriers may experience delays due to COVID-19. Please reach out if you have not received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after 20 days.
What method of payment is accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, PayPal, and ETH. We reserve the right to cancel any order or require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping options?
Domestic and international shipping is offered via USPS only. Shipping costs do NOT include international duties, taxes, or customs charges.
FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL LOCAL CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES.
Free US shipping is offered on orders over $150.
International Shipping
SuperRare ships international orders with USPS. Shipping times may vary based on location. Please allow up to 20-days for your tracking information to update. If you have not received an update within 20-business days please reach out to shop@superrare.com.
Shipping costs do NOT include international duties, taxes, or customs charges. All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance.
SuperRare is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment to you.

I need my delivery to arrive by X/X. Can you guarantee a delivery date?
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times are provided as an estimate only.
My address is correct, and my tracking number lists my package as delivered but I did not receive it.
Please reach out to your local post office for most up to date information. Please review our shipping policy. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped.
The tracking number for my package is still in pending stage.
If the tracking for your order has been in the pending stage for 20-business days, please reach out to shop@superrrare.com to locate your package or file a claim.
All claims for packages stuck in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the shipment date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email and a follow up email with a shipping notification and tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please note that all shipping labels can take 24-48 hours to update.
Tracking is telling me my label has been created, but it's not telling me where it is? Why is this?
This means one of two things: It is being processed currently or USPS missed the initial scan when they picked up your order. Tracking will be updated as soon as USPS scans the shipment. If it does not update for multiple days please contact shop@superrare.com to locate your package.
POLICIES
What is your shipping policy?
SuperRare is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is considered lost in transit after 30-business days in shipment, SuperRare will provide a store credit only in the amount of the order.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel accompanied by the original purchase receipt and tags (if applicable) can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery for domestic (USA) shipments only. Order shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.
Non-apparel items are final sale.
Store credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been reviewed and accepted by our Returns Team.
We do not accept returns for International orders.
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Please note, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the store credit.
How do I process a return?
In the event you need to process a return for apparel, please email shop@superrare.com and include the first and last name on the order, the order number, and reason for return. Please note, it can take up to 2-business days for a response.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are available for unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel only. Only size exchanges for in-stock products are available. Due to the limited nature of our products, inventory of a replacement is not guaranteed.
Shipping charges for exchanges will be covered by the customer and will not be credited or refunded.
Exchanges must be requested within 14-days of order delivery.
To request an exchange please email shop@superrare.com with your order number and exchange request.

How do I know what the best size is for me?
Please refer to the size chart on each product’s page for assistance or reach out to shop@superrare.com with any questions.
GIFT CARDS
Can I buy a gift card?
We offer gift cards in digital form only. Gift cards can only be redeemed online at the SuperRare Shop with the unique code emailed to you with the digital gift card. Digital gift cards will be emailed shortly after check out is completed online. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed online. Sales tax will not be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items.
